Pivot Management is seeking a Health, Safety and Training Advisor for a Queensland-based open-cut coal mine.
The role is site-based, operating on a 7/7 day shift roster with potential DIDO/FIFO options.
You will work with the HST Manager to embed safety culture, manage SHMS documentation, investigations, and reporting.
Responsibility includes coaching leadership, coordinating inductions, and leading risk assessments and inspections to maintain compliant safety standards across the operation.
