The role coordinates technical capability, training and competency across electrical, ITS & Electrical and civil electrical disciplines to ensure secure, compliant operations on the Gold Coast.
You will coordinate training programs, deliver practical learning support, and mentor apprentices and supervisors to drive ongoing competency improvement.
