About the Role
We are seeking Occupational Therapists to support NDIS participants across amixed caseload of adults and paediatrics.
This is a community-based role where no two days are the same.
You will work across a variety of settings including homes, schools, workplaces, and community environments.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions
Managing adiverse caseload across both adult and paediatric participants
Developing tailored therapy plans aligned with participant goals and NDIS outcomes
Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
Building strong relationships with participants,
families, and support networks
Participating in regular team meetings, supervision, and mentoring
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
General registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A flexible and positive approach to work
A commitment to ongoing professional development
A valid driver's licence
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
Experience within disability or NDIS settings is desirable, but not essential.
