Basic, Intermediate & Advanced Scaffolders/Leading Hand – Brookvale
Topdeck Scaffolding is looking for experienced scaffolders to join our team.
We are seeking Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders, as well as labourers with previous scaffolding experience who are keen to develop their skills.
Training can be provided for the right applicants.
We also have an opportunity for an experienced scaffolder who is confident leading a crew, organising the team on site and taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of jobs.
A Leading Hand allowance will be paid in addition to the applicable EBA rate for the right person.

Additional Leading Hand allowance for the right person
Casual position with a view to full time employment
Ongoing work across the Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs
Training and opportunities to progress
Established company with over 30 years in the scaffolding industry
What you'll be doing:
Erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolding
Working safely and efficiently as part of a crew
Following SWMS,



site requirements and company safety procedures
For Leading Hand applicants: leading and organising the crew on site and helping ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently
What we're looking for:
Previous scaffolding experience or relevant construction experience
Basic, Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence
Labourers with previous scaffolding experience are also encouraged to apply
Strong commitment to safety
Reliable, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team
Ability to get to our Brookvale yard easily and on time
Own transport is strongly preferred, as much of our work is on the Northern Beaches
Current Australian working rights are essential
