We support children, adults and older people living with physical disabilities, psychosocial disabilities and mental health conditions.

ADC operates Supported Independent Living (SIL), community access and in‐home support services, delivered 24/7 by experienced and dedicated support workers.

Skills & Experience (Must Have)
Experience in the disability industry
Current First Aid & CPR




Blue Card / NSW Working With Children Check
Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Police Check
Open Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle with registration & insurance
Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal careand daily living tasks
Support participants to attend appointments and access the community
Encourageskill development, independence and routine building
Implement individualised support and behaviour strategies
Respond appropriately tochallenging or defensive behaviours
Maintain accurateshift notes, progress notes and incident reports
Follow NDIS Practice Standards and ADC policies
Essential Requirements
Physically fit for active shifts
Proven experience supporting individuals with complex or psychosocial needs
Solid documentation and data‐entry skills
Positive, calm and team‐focused attitude
Completion of theNDIS Worker Orientation Module
Willingness to complete ADC induction and ongoing training
MAYBO or equivalent behaviour‐support training (preferred)
