Now, we're looking for a
Senior Geotechnical Engineer
to join our Ground & Underground team — someone who's ready to lead, mentor and push technical boundaries.
What you'll do
You'll play a key role in delivering technically complex, high-impact projects while helping grow the capability of those around you.
In this role, you will:
Lead geotechnical design across feasibility, concept and detailed phases
Apply advanced analysis using tools like PLAXIS, GeoStudio, Rocscience and more
Work across diverse environments — in-office, remote and embedded with clients
Contribute to winning work through proposals and client engagement
Mentor and guide junior engineers, building team capability
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, practical outcomes
Occasional attendance on site to support project delivery
What you'll bring
You're technically strong, commercially aware and passionate about continuous learning.
We're looking for:
10+ years' geotechnical engineering experience
RPEQ certification is required
Strong experience with FE modelling and geotechnical software




Defence clearance (or ability to obtain)
Willingness to attend site as required
Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs and reports
Confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders
A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring
Involvement in industry bodies such as AGS is (desirable)
