About the RoleAs a Dispenser Service Technician servicing our Concrete Producing and Mining Customers, you will be a trusted partner building relationships, providing technical support and resolving problems that arise growing our market share.As a valued member to the Eastern Sales team, this position is responsible for installation, calibration, servicing and maintaining dispensing equipment at customer plants.
The role requires a strong customer focus, including providing assistance to customers in relation to field trials, product training and managing complaints as required.Key responsibilities include:Install, calibrate,



service and maintain dispensing equipment at customer plantsCoordinate and carry out breakdown servicing, repairs and routine maintenanceMonitor equipment performance and ensure timely resolution of issuesProvide on-site training to customers on protected and effective equipment useSupport field trials and assist with product implementationWork with technical sales teams to resolve customer issues and complaintsMaintain accurate records of servicing, breakdowns and actions takenWhat we're looking for:Whilst experience in the Construction, plumbing or Concrete industry is preferred, we are open to applicants without experience who have the right attitude, and mechanical mindset!
