Job Description
What you'll be doing
Set up, service and pack down function spaces
Deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage service across conferences and events
Work closely with the kitchen and sales team to ensure smooth, timely service
Keep function and service areas tidy, organised and well stocked
Bring great energy to a fast-paced team and create memorable guest experiences
Follow Hotel policies, WHS requirements and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations
Qualifications




You don't need to have done it all before — we're looking for people with the right attitude, energy and passion for hospitality.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience in hospitality service — highly desirable
Great communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail
A genuine passion for guest service and a willingness to learn and grow
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
A current
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
certification
