As HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of HR initiatives and operational people processes across Australia and New Zealand.What You'll DoEnd-to-end recruitmentCoordinating employee lifecycle activitiesMaintaining employee records and ensuring data integrity within the HRISPreparing and analysing HR metrics and reportsSupporting learning and development programs, training compliance and leadership initiativesAssisting with employee and industrial relations matters, including policy interpretation and case administrationCoordinating employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs and internal communicationsPartnering with leaders to support workforce planning, performance and people-related activitiesSupporting HR projects, governance activities and continuous improvement initiativesWhat You'll BringQualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role within a blue-collar, manufacturing, construction, logistics or service environmentSound understanding of Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards and HR best practiceExperience working with HRIS platforms and preparing HR reports and workforce analyticsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesExceptional attention to detail, accuracy and confidentialityStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsA proactive,
