Evolve Talent are currently working with established civil and pipeline contractor based in the Sunshine Coast who are looking to add experienced Estimators to their teams.We are open to speaking with Civil Estimators, Pipeline Estimators and experienced Project Engineers looking to step into an estimating-focused role.The projects span civil infrastructure, pipelines, water, sewer, stormwater, subdivisions, earthworks and general civil construction.The RoleYou will be responsible for the end-to-end estimating and tendering process, including:Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentationPreparing quantity take-offs and BOQsDeveloping first-principles estimates and build-upsObtaining and assessing supplier and subcontractor pricingDeveloping construction methodologies and stagingIdentifying project risks, exclusions and scope gapsPreparing competitive tender submissionsSupporting tender strategy and commercial decision-makingWorking closely with Project Managers,
Engineers and construction teamsSupporting handover from estimating into project deliveryAbout You:We are interested in speaking with candidates who have experience across:Water and sewerStormwater and drainageEarthworks and roadworksUtilities and infrastructureSubdivision projectsConcrete and structural worksExperience with civil estimating software and solid knowledge of construction methodology will be highly regarded.We are open to a range of experience levels, from strong mid-level Estimators through to Senior Estimators who can independently manage larger and more complex tenders.Project Engineers and Site Engineers with strong estimating, tendering and pricing exposure who are looking to transition into estimating are also encouraged to apply.
