Senior Agribusiness Manager Location: Moree, NSW Employment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeAn excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Agribusiness Manager to join a major financial services organisation in Moree.
You'll take ownership of an established portfolio of dryland agribusiness customers, providing tailored financial solutions while developing long-term relationships with farming businesses across the region.
This is a relationship-led position combining portfolio management, business development, credit assessment and commercial lending.
You'll work closely with customers to understand their operations, seasonal requirements and longer-term growth plans.What You'll Be DoingManage and grow an established portfolio of dryland agribusiness customersBuild trusted, long-term relationships with farming businesses across the regionUnderstand customers' operations, financial position and future business plansIdentify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and win new businessAnalyse cash flows,



financial statements and lending requirementsAssess the commercial viability and credit risk of current and existing lending opportunitiesStructure and prepare lending proposals for larger and more complex transactionsExercise lending authority where appropriateMaintain strong portfolio credit quality while driving sustainable growth and profitabilityDevelop new customer relationships throughout the local agribusiness marketWork collaboratively with internal specialists to provide customers with appropriate financial solutionsWhat We're Looking ForDemonstrated experience in agribusiness banking, commercial banking or agricultural financeStrong knowledge of dryland farming and agricultural businessesExperience managing a portfolio of agribusiness or commercial customersStrong credit assessment and financial analysis capabilityConfidence analysing cash flows, financial statements and business performanceExperience structuring commercial lending solutionsStrong relationship management and business development skillsThe ability to understand the opportunities and challenges faced by regional agricultural businessesStrong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skillsA proactive approach to developing new business and growing an existing portfolioPrevious experience as a Senior Agribusiness Manager, Agribusiness Manager, Agribusiness Banker or Relationship Manager would be highly regardedSalt acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands across Australia as the continuing custodians of country and culture.
