Supported by Kinexus' established brand, database, systems and leadership team, you will have the chance to build a specialist market presence and become a trusted advisor within one of the fastest-growing sectors in Australia.ResponsibilitiesSource and engage Cyber Security professionals across AustraliaBuild and manage talent pools of security-cleared cyber specialistsDevelop relationships with candidates across offensive security, defensive security, governance, risk and compliance, cloud security, SOC operations, engineering and architecture disciplinesPartner with Defence,



Government and industry clients to understand workforce requirementsMaintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycleDevelop and grow a personal brand within the cyber security communityUtilise innovative sourcing strategies, social media and networking activities to identify top talentContribute to the ongoing growth of Kinexus' Cyber Security capabilityAbout YouWe are open to candidates from either a recruitment or cyber security sales background.Ideally, you will have:Recruitment experience within Cyber SecurityIn addition, you will possess:A genuine interest in Cyber Security and emerging technologyStrong relationship-building and networking skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesA proactive and outcome-focused approachStrong organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to think creatively and identify talent in competitive marketsEnergy, resilience and a positive attitudeAn understanding of Defence and Government environments is advantageous but not essentialWhy Kinexus?
