You will lead Chefs, Cooks and Food Services Assistants to deliver high-quality meals and manage dietary needs with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.Role requires a Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent, 2+ years as Chef/ Cook Manager, and solid budget, menu planning and staff supervision skills.
