Our client is a successful national consulting, engineering and project management firm looking for a capable HR professional to join their team in Kogarah.This is a broad, autonomous role spanning recruitment, HR operations, people & culture and compliance, working closely with supportive management and a professional, engaging team.The RoleReporting to the General Operations Manager, you'll manage the day-to-day HR function, with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment, while supporting managers and employees across the business.Your responsibilities will include:Manage end-to-end recruitment, from advertising and screening through to onboardingPrepare employment contracts and coordinate onboarding and offboardingManage the HRIS, employee records and HR documentationCoordinate training, certifications and compliance requirementsProvide day-to-day HR support to managers and employeesMaintain HR policies,



procedures and employment documentationSupport compliance with the Fair Work Act and relevant Modern AwardsIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and systemsAssist with ISO **** and ISO ***** complianceAbout YouYou'll be an experienced HR professional who is organised, confident and proactive, with the personality and communication skills to build strong relationships across the business.You'll ideally have:Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experienceTertiary qualifications in HR or a related disciplineKnowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern AwardsHRIS experience — Employment Hero or similar highly regardedStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailThe confidence to work autonomously and manage competing prioritiesISO **** / ISO ***** experience advantageousAustralian Permanent Residency or CitizenshipWhy Join?
