With a commitment to safety, efficiency, and environmental services.What You Will Be Doing:In this role, youll play a key part in providing end-to-end project contract advisor support, combining hands‐on project engagement with internal stakeholders and deep expertise in Australian procurement contracts.
This role will require you to be on site 1 week per month.
Your role will include:Drafting, negotiating, and executing project agreements in line with company standards and governance requirementsSupporting procurement processes from scoping and design through to contract award and handoverFacilitating contractor kick‐off, progress, and handover meetings to ensure contractual obligations are metIdentifying commercial opportunities and applying sound commercial principles to drive favourable outcomesManaging contract administration, including dispute resolution, supplier onboarding, payment term oversight, and insurance complianceCollaborating with Commercial, Legal,
