Reporting to the Head of Content & Communications, you'll be responsible for maintaining the performance, consistency and output of our global content ecosystem.This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling and search performance - ensuring all content is high quality, on-brand, and optimised for discoverability across search, AI platforms and social.
You'll lead day-to-day editorial delivery, support campaign execution, and act as a central point of contact for content across the wider marketing team.A strong publisher mindset is essential, we want someone who thinks about how content can be extended, repurposed and scaled across channels.What You'll Be DoingContent Strategy & ContinuityExecute and maintain the existing content strategy and editorial calendar across global marketsTranslate campaign direction, business priorities and search insights into clear, actionable content briefsExtend campaigns into editorial, evergreen and channel-specific contentTrack and report on key content KPIs, identifying opportunities to optimise performanceApply SEO & GEO best practice across all content — keyword integration, search intent and content structureWrite and optimise journal articles, landing pages,



product copy and editorial formatsEnsure content is structured for discoverability across both traditional search and AI-driven platformsLead day-to-day content development across journal/editorial articles, eDM campaigns, website and landing page copy, and campaign/brand messagingOwn the end-to-end journal publishing process — briefing, uploading, QA and optimisationMaintain a consistent, premium editorial voice aligned to brand positioningProduct & Website ContentLead product copy development across new launches and existing rangesWork closely with design and product teams to articulate product USPs and featuresCollaborate with eCommerce teams to align content, UX and conversion goalsPR, Campaign & Brand ContentWrite press releases, expert commentary and thought leadership contentProvide copywriting support across campaign and brand collateral (print, digital, in-store)Workflow & Team SupportOwn content workflow from brief through to publicationProvide guidance to a Digital Content Writer to maintain output qualityAct as a central point of contact across PR, CRM, social, eCommerce and design teamsUse AI tools where appropriate to support efficient content production, while maintaining strong editorial judgementWhat We're Looking For5+ years' experience in content writing, copywriting or content marketingProven experience delivering SEO-informed content that drives traffic, engagement and conversionStrong experience creating content across multiple formats and channelsExperience working within cross-functional marketing teams in a rapid-paced environmentExceptional writing and editing skills with a strong sense of brand voice and storytellingStrong stakeholder management skills with a practical, delivery-focused approachHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
