Retail Performance Lead - 12 Month ContractRetail Data Acquisition Services – Frankston VICAbout the roleWe're looking for a Retail Performance Lead to manage a portfolio of United Petroleum sites across Melbourne's outer south east and Gippsland.This is 12 month hands‐on role, is for someone who is comfortable being on the road, working with different personalities, tackling challenging situations and holding people accountable to high standards.You'll take ownership of the performance of multiple sites, working directly with retailers and site teams to improve sales, customer experience, compliance and operational performance.You'll be responsible for:Managing and building relationships across a multi-site portfolioDriving sales, profitability and overall site performanceCoaching and developing store teams and operatorsIdentifying underperforming sites and putting improvement plans in placeHaving the confidence to manage difficult conversations and challenging situationsEnsuring sites meet operational, safety, food safety and customer service standardsUsing performance data to identify opportunities and drive resultsSupporting new site openings, changeovers and operational improvementsAbout youWe're looking for someone who has experience managing multiple locations or sites,



ideally within:Petrol & convenienceFast food / QSRMulti‐site retailHospitality or other high‐volume, rapid‐paced environmentsYou'll bring:Proven experience driving sales and commercial performanceStrong multi‐site operational leadership experienceConfidence coaching, influencing and holding people accountableThe ability to deal with difficult people and challenging situationsResilience and the ability to perform under pressureA hands‐on, solutions‐focused approachStrong communication and relationship‐building skillsA current driver's licence and reliable vehicleIf you've successfully managed multiple fast‐paced sites, driven sales and know how to get teams performing, we'd like to hear from you.The territoryIdeally based in Melbourne's outer south east or Gippsland, including Pakenham, Warragul, Traralgon or surrounding areas.The role covers sites from Melbourne through Gippsland to Cann River, so regular travel and occasional overnight stays are required.Ready for your next challenge?
