Our client is an established player in the maintenance and construction industry who are known for their high-quality building services including remedial, construction, maintenance, life services and height safety services.
They are now seeking an experienced Lift Maintenance Supervisor to join their growing Queensland operations.
Reporting to the National Lift Maintenance Manager, QLD Operations Manager and Director, this role will involve supervising the QLD Lift Maintenance and Height Safety team, coordinating services and projects, scheduling and forecasting works, procurement, assisting with pricing, client liaison, subcontractor coordination, administration and ensuring the successful delivery of works.
The candidate will supervise lift maintenance activities and Height Safety technicians, coordinate works both on and off site, monitor jobs in progress, ensure technicians have the appropriate tools and equipment, and maintain solid relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
This is a hands‐on operational role suited to someone who is organised, commercially minded and capable of leading a team while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, customer service and efficient project delivery.
Would suit someone who is from a trade background such as an electrician, fitter,
