With a strong pipeline of masterplanned communities across Victoria's growth corridors and a growing interstate footprint, they move quickly and decisively, backed by a solid network of private and institutional capital and projects that vary in size and scope and with a developing industrial pipeline.Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their development team with a Development Manager.
This suits an Assistant Development Manager ready to step up, or an experienced Development Manager looking to join a thriving business with a genuinely strong pipeline of work.The roleYou will take ownership of your own portfolio of residential land or industrial land projects, with real autonomy and the backing of a supportive,



technically strong leadership team.What you will needEssential: residential land subdivision experience, ideally masterplanned community developments.Essential: demonstrated experience managing project feasibilities and having accountability for this, this is non negotiableStrong stakeholder management across consultants, authorities and investorsAt DM level: proven end to end project ownership, including due diligence, feasibility, delivery and reportingAt ADM level: solid feasibility and delivery experience, with clear ambition to step upWhy applyGenuine autonomy over your own projects and the ability to shape the projectsA rare, robust and growing pipeline in a market where many developers have slowedRoom to grow as the team scales in direct response to demand
