Safety Coordinator | Sydney | Tier 1 ConstructionAn industry-leading Tier 1 construction contractor is seeking a motivated and practical Safety Coordinator to join their Sydney team on a full time permanent basis.With a strong pipeline of secured projects and a reputation for delivering some of Australia's most significant construction developments, this is an excellent chance to further your career within a high-performing and safety-focused business.Working closely with project teams, you will play a key role in promoting safe work practices, supporting day-to-day site safety requirements, and contributing to the successful delivery of major construction projects across Sydney.This position offers excellent exposure to a diverse range of projects, ongoing professional development, and a competitive salary package.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide proactive health and safety support across multiple construction projects throughout SydneyTravel between project sites to conduct inspections, audits and safety observationsConduct site inductions for employees, subcontractors and visitorsAssist project teams with risk assessments, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), incident investigations and corrective actionsSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Environmental Management SystemsMonitor site safety performance and identify opportunities to improve safety outcomesDeliver safety guidance, coaching and education to project teams and subcontractorsPromote a positive and proactive safety culture through effective communication and engagementAssist with injury management and return-to-work processes where requiredMaintain accurate safety records, reports and compliance documentationBuild strong working relationships with site teams,
