What you will be doingDue to exciting growth in our service department, we are looking for an experienced Heavy Vehicle Technician to join our team at Dandenong working with a variety of truck and engine brands, including Volvo, Mack, UD, and various other makes of trucks and engines.Your main responsibilitiesRepairs, service and inspections to engines, gearboxes, brakes, diffs etc. on a wide range of trucks and buses.Diagnostic analysis using the latest diagnostic software and computer equipmentProduce clear and concise reports detailing all work carried out on repair orders including supplies used and recommendations in a prioritised orderProvide support and guidance to Apprentice mechanics / mechanics / trade assistantsIf you have the followingMinimum certificate 3 mechanical trade certificate/qualificationExperience in the Heavy Vehicle industry with experience on American, European or Japanese drivelines highly regarded but not essentialAbility to work unsupervised and as part of a customer focused teamCurrent HC/HR drivers licence an advantage but not essentialPride in your work with an ability to work to targets and high standardsHigh levels of motivation, reliability with a can-do,
