CA or equivalent accounting qualification8+ years' commercial finance experience, including leading a finance functionExperience managing multi-entity and multi-currency environmentsStrong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting skillsA hands-on approach and comfort operating in a lean, growing organisationGrowth mindset is essentialHighly regarded:Background in engineering, manufacturing or project-based businessesInternational finance experienceLevel is flexible depending on the calibre of the successful candidate — Finance Manager through to Financial Controller will be considered.Right to work in Australia required.
