We are seeking a hands‐on New Car Sales Manager to lead one location.The RoleReporting directly to the Dealer Principal, your responsibilities will include:Leading, motivating and training the sales teamAssisting with double-opening and double-closing salesImproving telephone, online and face-to-face sales processesMonitoring enquiries,



leads and daily follow-up activityHelping sales consultants convert active prospectsPreparing monthly sales and performance reportsWorking with the Dealer Principal to determine stock requirementsYou will have access to modern CRM, lead-management and AI-powered tools designed to improve customer follow-up and sales performance.About YouPrevious automotive sales-management experience is preferred.
