You will play a key role in managing enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, coordinating contracts, and helping convert opportunities into profitable projects.For the right candidate, this role has potential to evolve into a strategic growth position.About the roleYou will take ownership of the sales and estimating process from initial enquiry through to contract execution and project handover.
Working closely with the business owner, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates and quotations for residential and commercial landscape construction projects, reviewing plans and specifications, managing tender submissions, liaising with suppliers and clients, and coordinating contracts and project handovers.
You will also develop systems and processes to improve sales tracking and conversion rates, and assist in identifying new business opportunities.Key responsibilitiesPreparing detailed estimates and quotations for residential and commercial landscape construction projectsReviewing plans, specifications, and tender documentationManaging tender submissions and pricing activitiesLiaising with suppliers, subcontractors, builders,



and clientsFollowing up quotations and managing the sales pipelineBuilding strong relationships with new and existing clientsCoordinating contracts and project handoversDeveloping systems and processes to improve sales tracking, reporting, and conversion ratesAssisting in identifying new business opportunities and market growthAbout youMinimum 3-5 years' experience in landscape estimating, project coordination, construction estimating, or a similar roleStrong understanding of landscape construction methods and project deliveryAbility to interpret construction drawings and specificationsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational and administrative capabilitiesExperience pricing commercial landscape projectsExperience preparing and managing tendersKnowledge of contracts and commercial administrationExperience in implementation of CRM systems and sales tracking processes preferredCandidates who can bring existing industry relationships will be highly regarded (established network, contacts, client portfolio)Secure full-time position with a growing businessDiverse portfolio of residential and commercial projectsOpportunity to influence business systems, sales processes, and growth strategiesJoin a business that values initiative, professional judgment, and accountability.
