This is an opportunity to take ownership of designing, building, and deploying AI and Agentic AI solutions that solve genuine business problems, not proof-of-concepts that never leave the lab.About the RoleAs the AI Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert in AI and cloud technologies, using data-driven insights to shape business decisions and developing innovative solutions using AI services.
You'll adopt and deploy machine learning models, analyse large datasets, and build AI-powered enhancements to third-party applications - all with real production ownership.What You'll Be DoingDesign, test and deploy Agentic AI solutions on Azure, built for scale, reliability and performanceBuild Copilot Agents in M365 and Copilot Studio for production useDevelop end-to-end ML and AI pipelines, from data extraction through to deploymentEvaluate and select the right algorithms, LLMs, tools and techniques for each projectTake technical ownership of AI strategy - how success is measured, and keeping methods current with industry benchmarksCollaborate with data,



IT and cross-functional teams to bring AI solutions to lifePresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, compelling insightsWhat You'll BringA degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics or a related field5+ years' experience in data science with a focus on machine learning and AIMicrosoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (required)Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate (required)Solid programming skills in SQL and Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)Hands-on experience with Azure AI and App services - Azure Machine Learning, AI Foundry, MLOps, Azure Functions and containersProven experience building LLM-powered applications in productionStrong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skillsComfort working in Agile environments, with a genuine passion for continuous learningWhy ApplyThis is a role for someone who wants to see their work matter, where your models and AI solutions go straight into production and directly shape how the business operates.
