You will work at heights on poles, towers, and masts to install antennas, feeders, and ancillary equipment, and work on major telecommunications projects with industry-leading companies across Queensland, New South Wales, and Northern Territory.Key responsibilitiesInstallation, relocation, and removal of telecommunications cabling and tower-mounted equipmentWork at heights on poles, towers, and masts to install antennas, feeders, and ancillary equipmentErection and fixing of steel structures for telecommunications installationsTermination and testing of telecommunications cablesUse of cranes, cherry pickers, and MEWPs as requiredErect and dismantle barricades and exclusion zones for safety complianceConduct site inductions and maintain job site documentation,



including JSEA, SWMS, and safety checklistsApply risk management and safety procedures on every job siteMaintain relevant industry qualifications and comply with company policies and proceduresAbout youMinimum 2 years' experience in the telecommunications rigging industryStrong experience with Telstra, Vodafone, and Optus equipmentAbility to interpret technical design documents and install equipment as per designStrong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work efficiently within a teamGood communication skills and ability to assist in office teams as neededHigh Risk Work License (DG & RB)Australian Driver's LicenseWhite Card (Construction Card)Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone Safety InductionsWorking at Heights & Tower Rescue Certification
