You will play a key role in supporting project delivery teams through effective planning, scheduling, reporting and project controls.

Key Responsibilities Include
Develop, maintain and monitor project programs and schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
Implement planning, monitoring and project controls processes across time, cost, resources and quality
Measure and report project performance using KPIs, Earned Value Management and Critical Path Analysis




Support Project Managers with program interpretation, performance analysis and corrective action planning
Develop project dashboards and reporting tools to track progress and key deliverables
Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly project progress reports
Compile benchmarking and historical planning data to support future project delivery
Promote and contribute to a strong planning and project controls culture across the business
Champion Fulton Hogan's Living Safely culture in all aspects of project delivery
About You
Relevant Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management qualification, or equivalent industry experience
Demonstrated experience in a Planning/Scheduling role within civil construction, infrastructure, transport, utilities or renewable energy projects
Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
High level understanding of Earned Value Management and Critical Path Analysis
Experience in delay impact analysis and project performance reporting
Ability to develop dashboards and communicate complex project information clearly to stakeholders
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
A collaborative team player with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
