Client Advisor | PRADA Pacific Fair | FULL TIME
A full-time Client Advisor role is available at Prada's retail store in Pacific Fair, Broadbeach Waters, Queensland.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious luxury fashion brand and deliver exceptional customer service to our discerning clientele.
What you'll be doing
Providing a world-class customer experience by delivering seamless, personalised service
Demonstrating a deep knowledge of Prada's product range and fashion trends
Assisting customers with product selection, styling and purchases
Maintaining excellent standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
Contributing to the achievement of store sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
Ensuring store policies, procedures and legal requirements are consistently upheld
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of customer service or sales experience in a luxury retail environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Strong fashion and product knowledge, with the ability to provide knowledgeable style advice




Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining high visual merchandising standards
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A passion for the Prada brand and a desire to contribute to its continued success
