In this role you'll review images of insured vehicles and determine the scope of work, then quote on the repairs, order parts and invoice completed repairs.

About the Role:You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of ordering parts at digital triaged assessmentReview the triage calendar throughout the day to manage the incoming vehiclesReview incident description and customer damage capture images to the insured vehicle that has been uploaded prior to arrivalDetermine the scope of work to repair vehicle and quote on the repairsReview any new images after arrival of vehicleInput the correct vehicle data and any missing information relating to the damage and incident descriptionCoordinate with Parts department to ensure timely processing of parts/sublet invoicesAbout You:Trade qualification in Panel Beating is strongly preferredPassionate about cars and parts.Good comprehension of Microsoft products.Ability to manage time effectively.Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Must have strong problem-solving abilities and be adaptive.Must have a team first attitude and willingness to learn.Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.Check out our social media pages for further information
