Job Description
Infrastructure People is assisting a leading civil contractor in Sydney to recruit an experienced Preconstruction Manager.
You will lead the front-end and tendering function, drive opportunities from review through to contract award, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across estimators, engineers and commercial staff.
You will review methodologies, assess risks, guide bid/no-bid decisions and foster solid client and partner relationships to enable value engineering and smooth handovers into
