and craftsmanshipWhat we're looking for:Certificate III CarpentryExperience in residential construction projects (stick frame)All tools and reliable vehicleValid Australian drivers licenceNew-Build experienceGood Renovation experienceBroad knowledge of building practicesMust be efficient with reading plans and drawing detailsA great attitude - reliable, motivated & willing to learnMust have keen understanding of all building trades and methods not just carpentryTasks & responsibilitiesTake on all carpentry related tasks required in the construction process of residential new builds and renovations from start to finish of a projectWork with and maintain subcontractor relationshipsEnsure the site complies with OHS and environmental standardsWork within scheduled times to prevent project delaysWork with instructions given from Project Manager and ensure all tasks are completed within a reasonable time frame at a high standard of finish.Complete takeoffsBenefitsGenerous remuneration package for the right person, paying above industry ratesOpportunity for career growthHappy to negotiate salary package, casual or contract workIf you want to build exceptional homes with an experienced team who values you and your craft, we'd love to chat.
