MCA Engineering is seeking an experienced hands-on Supervisor to lead crews across structural, mechanical, piping and FRP projects in mining and industrial sectors.
The role is based in Thornton NSW with travel to sites across NSW, QLD and interstate on a roster, and involves both surface and underground environments.
You will lead by example, supervise daily activities, maintain safety standards and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
