From concept to completion, we work closely with clients to deliver solutions that are technically sound, practical, and built on a foundation of trust and collaboration.About the Role:We are seekingmotivated and experienced Structural Engineerto join our expanding Structural Engineering Teambased in our Sydney or ACT office.This role offers the chance to work across a variety of projects ranging from residential to commercial developments, while contributing to all phases of structural design and construction.In this role, you will play an integral part in the successful delivery of structural engineering projects.You will work closely with the Rincovitch team across both the design and construction phases, contributing to the preparation of structural documentation, coordinating with key stakeholders, and providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
The position also involves supporting project leaders, acting as a point of contact during construction, and ensuring compliance with relevant Australian Standards and design codes.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Rincovitch team members during both design and construction phasesPrepare structural reports, drawings, and design documentationLiaise with engineers,



project managers and other professional staff throughout the project lifestylePerform structural calculations for all elements of concrete buildingsApply a solid understanding of relevant design codes and Australian StandardsConduct shop drawing reviews and provide technical feedbackAttend construction site inspections and meetings when requiredAssist project leaders in the successful delivery of projectsAct as a key point of contact during the construction phase of assigned projectsContribute to broader business functions and support various tasks as requiredRequirements:Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (essential)2-4 years of experience as a Structural Engineer in medium to high rise concrete structures and precast structuresUnderstanding of Australian Standards for structural designProficiency required in specified software packages including ETABS, RAPT, RAM Concept, SpaceGass, Structural Toolkit, Excel, and BluebeamProficient in hand calculations to assess loads and do spot check to compare with computer analysisProficient knowledge of construction methodsAbility to liaise with professionals from other disciplinesAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsA strong work ethic, with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesWhy Join Us?
