This is an opportunity to take responsibility for a well-maintained residential rent roll, work alongside an entrepreneurial and hands-on leader, and play an key role in the continued growth of the business.Key responsibilitiesManaging and maintaining an established residential rent rollBuilding strong relationships with landlords and tenantsManaging arrears and coordinating maintenance and repairsConducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections (shared roll)Managing bond lodgements and preparing for and attending NCAT matters when requiredWorking closely with and directing your Property Management AssistantEnsuring a high level of service and attention to detail across your portfolioContributing to new business and rent roll growthMaintaining strong communication with landlords,



tenants and tradesAbout you3–5+ years' hands-on residential property management experienceStrong knowledge of the end-to-end property management processExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsThe ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and manage your timeA proactive approach to problem-solving and customer serviceA current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate LicencePropertyMe experience is highly regardedA reliable, modern and well-maintained vehicle, as travel is requiredIndependent trust account support, allowing you to focus on property management, relationships and business growthA manageable, high-quality rent roll with excellent systems already in placeGenerous performance bonuses and new business commissionsFlexible working hours and genuine work-life balance.
