They specialise in a diverse portfolio of asset finance, including Floorplan, Distribution, Dealership Stock, Caravan, Marine, Motorbike, Agriculture, Heavy Machinery, and Consumer/Retail finance.To support their continued growth, they are introducing a newly created role for a switched-on, experienced Consumer/Retail Senior Credit Analyst to join their established & close-knit Commercial Credit team in a dynamic and supportive head office setting.Hours: Onsite, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)Remuneration: $110K - $120K + Super + yearly Bonus (on experience)Key ResponsibilitiesCredit Assessment: Critically evaluate business financials (P&L;, balance sheets, tax returns, and cash flow statements) to determine creditworthinessDelegated Authority: Utilise a minimum Delegated Lending Authority (DLA) of $100K for consumer credit analysisCompliance & Regulation: Maintain a strong application of the Australian regulatory environment, specifically NCCP and Responsible Lending obligationsStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Enablement teams to assess risk and determine credit actions, as well as handle ad-hoc credit and risk queriesReporting & Governance: Assist with reporting requirements for the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and the Compliance & Risk CommitteeCredit Memos:



Prepare detailed credit memos and present structured terms, conditions, and recommendations to senior management and credit committeesContinuous Improvement: Contribute to the development, review, and ongoing optimisation of credit policies and proceduresAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring a sharp analytical mind, a collaborative spirit, and a proven track record in asset finance.Qualifications & Experience:Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in credit analysis across consumer/retail asset finance lending.
Commercial experience is a plusDLA: Proven track record working with a DLA of $100K+Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance (preferred), Business, or CommerceAnalytical Acumen: Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and solve complex numerical problemsCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present structured recommendations to senior stakeholdersTechnical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills considered a strong assetWork Management: Superior attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and maintain a "can-do" team attitudeWhy Apply?
