Leading a team of Visual Merchandisers across NSW & ACT, you'll ensure every store consistently delivers engaging, customer-first shopping experiences that reflect the Adairs brand while supporting sales, productivity and operational success.You'll work collaboratively with Area Managers, State Leaders and Store Teams to build confidence, capability and accountability, creating a culture where visual merchandising excellence is embraced by everyone.What You'll Be DoingBring the Adairs brand to life through exceptional visual merchandising execution across our NSW & ACT store networkDeliver seasonal campaigns, promotional activity and key trading events with consistency, creativity and commercial focusLead, coach and develop Visual Merchandisers, Store Managers and retail leaders, building capability and accountability across the businessPartner with Area Managers and retail leaders to elevate visual standards, customer experience and store performanceEnsure stores are operationally ready for campaigns, launches and peak trading periods through effective planning,
