We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Quarry Supervisor to support the productive production of limestone, sand, and gravel.
This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading site personnel, and ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.This is a Bunbury-based position.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily quarry operations to ensure safe and efficient productionAllocate work and coordinate tasks to maximise productivityLead, coach and support quarry employees on-siteEnsure all pre-start checks, Take 5's and hazard reporting are completedOperate heavy machinery (loaders, dozers, dump trucks, excavators) as requiredFeed and manage material flow into crushers and stockpilesConduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance (fuel, oil, grease checks)Monitor compliance with safety,
