We work with some of the largest and most respected organisations locally and internationally.Our success is built on quality workmanship, exceptional customer service and a highly skilled team - and we're looking for the right person to help lead that team.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands workshops, equipment, people and deadlines.
You'll coordinate servicing and repairs, support the workshop team, manage priorities and ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, within budget and to specification.You will work closely with the Branch Manager, workshop personnel, suppliers and customers to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the workshop.About the roleOrganising and coordinating equipment servicing, maintenance and repairsPlanning and prioritising workshop activities to meet customer and operational requirementsMaintaining accurate equipment service, maintenance and repair recordsMonitoring jobs against quality, cost and timing standardsCoordinating labour, materials, parts and resources to ensure efficient workflowBuilding and maintaining robust relationships with customers,



suppliers and team membersAssisting with site work from time to time when requiredAbout YouWe're looking for someone who can lead from the front - a practical, organised and solutions-focused person who takes pride in getting the job done properly.You will ideally have:Previous experience supervising or leading a workshop, maintenance or service teamA trade and/or engineering backgroundExperience in transport, mining, heavy equipment or industrial manufacturingStrong understanding of equipment servicing, maintenance and repairsThe ability to effectively manage labour, materials and competing prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA practical approach to problem solving and the ability to make sound decisions under pressureThe ability to build positive relationships and promote a strong team cultureMost importantly, you will be someone who takes ownership, supports your team and lives our values of Safety, Accountability, Excellence, Teamwork and Integrity.
