This role sits at the intersection of business, process, AI, and external vendors, owning the definition and delivery of internal systems and automation initiatives.You will act as the primary link between stakeholders and technical vendors, ensuring business logic is clearly captured, documented, and implemented across AI solutions, automation workflows, and internal tools.This is a senior, hands-on role with direct influence over system design, governance, and rollout across the organisation.Key responsibilities include:Business Analysis, Requirements & Product OwnershipWork closely with consultants, directors, and operational staff to capture business knowledge, logic, and system requirementsTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements, process definitions, and system decision flowsAct as the single source of truth for system requirements across internal teams and external vendorsContribute to the functional design of AI-powered automation tools, including facilitating SME workshops, capturing edge cases,



and validating outputsReview system and AI outputs for correctness, robustness, and alignment with business expectations, controlling scope and preventing driftProcess Optimisation, Automation & Systems OversightDocument current-state ("as-is") processes and design future-state ("to-be") workflows incorporating automation, AI-assisted steps, and improved controlsIdentify inefficiencies, duplication, risk points, and opportunities for automation or simplificationMaintain a holistic view of internal systems, integrations, and data ownershipPrevent fragmented tooling, duplicated solutions, and unnecessary complexitySupport scalable, maintainable system design without over-engineeringAct as a point of contact for vendors delivering AI, automation, VBA, and system solutionsOversee implementation, documentation, version control, and governance of automation assetsReview vendor outputs critically to ensure quality, value, and alignment to requirementsSupport testing, rollout, training, and adoption of new systems to ensure they are embedded into day-to-day operationsSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Business, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 4+ experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Product OwnershipFamiliarity with AI, automation, or RPA toolsPrevious experience with Quality Assurance and testing; SQL extraction and Power BI will be highly regardedKnowledge of process mapping, workflow design, or process improvement methodologiesExperience managing vendors or technical implementation projectsOptional certifications that strengthen candidacyAt DDEG, we invest in our team's growth because our success is built together.
