We are seeking a hands-on and reliable permanentFull-Time Chefto support day-to-day kitchen operations.
Reporting to the Head Chef and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering and maintaining service standards, mis-en-place, and contributing to overall kitchen performance.
The role includes a wide range of responsibilities, ranging from leadership, dish costing and procedure implementation, assisting the leadership team with day-to-day management as well as contributing to dish development.

Key Responsibilities:
To prepare, cook and present (or otherwise delegate to other kitchen staff including cooks) food for service across all sections
Supervising and coordinate activities of kitchen staff and other chefs
Inspecting supplies, equipment's and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
Stocktaking, ordering and inventory maintenance of ingredients and supplies
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures
Key Requirements & Experience:
Applicant must have at least 1 year of relevant employment experience
Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for food
Commitment to excellent customer service
Strong work ethicand ability to perform under pressure whilst maintaining standards
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends
Qualifications:
Applicant will ideally hold relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications
