The Austral Hotel, Colac ,Victoria is a recently renovated Hotel and Bistro that provides the people of Colac and beyond a premium hospitality venue and experience.
We are looking to enhance our kitchen team with energetic, enthusiastic staff wanting to share this journey

We're looking for Qualified Chef to enhance our kitchen team
work a adaptable schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Experience in a similar role
Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service
a desire to be part of a new and exciting journey
About the company
The Austral Hotel is locally managed and staffed.
The roles willreport to the Head Chef and Manager directly ensuring all staff have input into creation and direction of the food proposition of the venue.
