Bookkeeper – Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedBookkeeperto join our team and manage the day-to-day transactional processing for our finance department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting and administrative duties, including but not limited to:
Manage accounts payable
Manage accounts receivable, including project progress claims
Perform bank reconciliations
Process and reconcile company credit cards
Process payroll and associated payroll requirements




Place purchase orders and reserve materials
Manage and maintain job costing records
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Maintain accurate customer and supplier databases
Respond to customer account enquiries
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
A formal qualification in bookkeeping or accounting (preferred)
Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role
Experience usingMYOB
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
A solid work ethic and reliable approach
A positive, proactive and"can-do" attitude
Position Details
Employment:Full-time
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:0 pm
