I'm partnering with an established premium Australian fashion brand to find an impressiveCluster Managerto lead its South Australian retail portfolio.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded, people-focused retail leader who knows how to get the best out of their teams, understands premium customer experience and wants genuine ownership across a group of high-profile boutiques.
You may already be operating as a Cluster, Area or State Manager — or you could be an exceptional senior Store Manager who has had exposure to multiple locations and is ready to take that next step.
The opportunity Leading a portfolio ofthree South Australian boutiques, you'll be responsible for driving performance across your stores while developing solid, accountable and engaged teams.
You'll work closely with the wider retail leadership team and have the autonomy to make an impact within the SA market.
Your focus will include:
Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers and their teams
Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance across your portfolio
Creating consistency in service and premium customer experience
Identifying opportunities within individual stores and taking action
Building succession plans and developing future retail leaders
Maintaining strong operational and visual standards
Understanding your customer, your market and what makes each location perform
Being visible in your stores and leading from the floor when needed
Who I'm looking for I'm interested in speaking with leaders frompremium fashion, lifestyle, beauty, accessories or other high-service retail environments.
You'll ideally bring strong retail management experience, commercial confidence and a genuine ability to lead through people.
You don't need to tick every traditional box.
If you've built high-performing teams, understand the numbers, can hold people accountable while still bringing them with you, and you're ready for greater responsibility —I want to hear from you.
You'll be polished, direct when you need to be, approachable, commercially switched on and comfortable operating with autonomy.
