Now, Let's Talk About the Good Stuff
You'll learn how to quote and sell work properly.
You don't need to come in as a salesperson.
We provide ongoing training to help you diagnose jobs, present options, build quotes and confidently communicate with customers.
Your earning potential isn't capped at an hourly wage.
This role includes strong performance-based earning potential.
The better you become at helping customers, quoting work and producing results, the more you can earn.
You won't get stuck installing every large job you sell.
If a job requires more than approximately2.5 hours of installation work, it will generally be handed over to our dedicated installation team.
Your job is to diagnose the issue, present the solution, sell the work and provide a clean handover so our install team can complete it.
The work is fun, fresh and dynamic.
Every day is different.
Blocked drains, hot water, leaks, toilets, plumbing maintenance, inspections and larger opportunities for the installation team.
The hours are great.
We operate from approximately7:30am to 3:30pm, rarely work overtime and we don't work weekends.
That's your time.
You'll be provided with a full day of jobs.




We generate the work and provide realistic timeframes so you can focus on looking after customers and producing excellent results.
You'll have ongoing training.
We're continually improving our systems, technical knowledge, sales process and customer experience.
If you want to improve, we'll give you the tools to do it.
What We Need From You
You need to be the type of person who gets satisfaction from getting things done and getting them done right.
You need to enjoy talking to people.
You'll be speaking with customers every day, explaining what you've found, answering questions and helping them decide how they want to move forward.
You need to be able to clearly state your name and the business you work for when a customer calls — not the tradie's token deep sigh followed by"yeah... hello?"
You need to be willing to learn how to sell.
We aren't looking for a pushy salesperson.
We're looking for a good plumber who can learn how to confidently:
Diagnose the problem
Explain what they've found
Present the available options
Build an accurate quote
Ask for the work
You need to love delivering legendary experiences to customers.
Someone who gets satisfaction from solving problems and leaving customers genuinely happy with the service they received.
You need to nail down the details.
We don't want you racing through jobs and getting things done half-baked.
We need you to slow things down, diagnose the problem properly and get it done right.
We want you to be meticulous in your work.
If you're shy or quiet, that's totally fine.
We're not looking for the life of the party.
We're looking for a good person who communicates well, takes pride in their work and gets the job done.

You need to be able to follow our systems, make suggestions about how they could be improved and understand that the systems are there to make the entire team better.

What We're Looking For
Driver's Licence & Plumbing Licence:Must-haves to get you on the road and doing great work.
Strong Maintenance Plumbing Experience:You need to be comfortable fault-finding and diagnosing residential plumbing issues.
