Senior Machine Learning Engineer
We are seeking an experiencedSenior Machine Learning Engineerto join a high-performing team delivering cutting-edge AI, machine learning and automation capabilities.
This role will see you work across the full AI lifecycle, from proof of concept through to production deployment, helping shape scalable and sustainable AI solutions in a cloud-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build and deploy machine learning and AI solutions in production environments.
Develop and optimise NLP, LLM and transformer-based applications.
Build and maintain computer vision and deep learning models.
Contribute to AI experimentation, prototyping and proof-of-concept activities.
Implement and support MLOps practices, model monitoring and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with software engineers, architects and business stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
Produce high-quality technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
Support delivery of cloud-native and serverless solutions using AWS technologies.
Extensive experience as a Machine Learning Engineer delivering production AI solutions.
Hands-on experience withPyTorchand transformer-based models.
Experience developing solutions usingNatural Language Processing (NLP)and modern LLM technologies.
Strong understanding of classical machine learning techniques usingscikit-learn, Pandas and SQL.
Experience building computer vision solutions using technologies such asCNNsand Vision Language Models.
Proven experience across theMLOps lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring and model management.
Experience with experiment tracking tools such asMLflow.
Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Highly Desirable
Serverless application development and deployment.
Infrastructure as Code experience, ideally AWS CDK.
DevOps and CI/CD experience.
Relevant ICT qualifications and industry certifications.
