Job Description
Fred's by Merivale in Sydney is seeking an incredible Sous Chef with at least 5 years in a high-end restaurant or wine bar.
You will lead a small brigade, run service and support the Head Chef, delivering seasonally driven, produce-led cooking in an open kitchen.
You should be confident mentoring a team, communicating clearly, staying calm under pressure and maintaining the restaurant's high standards.
