You will provide high‐quality clinical care, lead the care team and support residents to maintain dignity and independence.
Shifts include day and night hours, across Coolum, Rod Voller Burnside and Palmwoods locations.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, manage assessments, coordinate care, and ensure documentation and escalation pathways are followed.
