CSIRO is seeking a culturally grounded Indigenous Employment and Capability Specialist to strengthen Indigenous cultural capability across the organisation.
You will design and deliver learning initiatives and facilitate experiences that support sustainable change while working with Indigenous communities and internal teams.
You will embed culturally informed practices into leadership, learning, and workforce systems, contributing to CSIRO's Indigenous Employment Strategy and Reconciliation
