About the role:
Deliver outstanding customer service and building rapport with our patrons




Ensure efficient and accurate completion of gaming payout procedures
Adhering to all RSA and RCG regulations
Attend to all gaming machine player requests
Maintain a clean and tidy gaming room
Ensure quality beverages and food products are provided consistently for all customers
Adhering to all presentation standards
About You
As our newBar & Gaming Attendant, you will:
Have acurrent RCG and RSA
Previous bar experience is preferred
Beeager to learnand develop your skills
Genuinely enjoy interacting with patronsof all demographics and have high customer service skills
Have the ability toremain calm and adaptablewhilst working in a fast-paced environment
Have availability towork evenings & late nightsup until 2am (if you're studying this is a great opportunity)
