About Us
Australian Gold Capital is a well-established and growing national retail business operating in the physical gold and precious metals industry.
We buy and sell gold and silver bullion as well as gold jewellery.
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, cash handling, jewellery, bullion or pawnbroking is helpful but not essential.Full paid training is provided.
The Position
We are looking for a confident, reliable and motivated person to join our Brisbane retail team.
The role involves serving customers, buying and selling products, performing calculations and pricing, and guiding customers through transactions.
Comprehensive training will be provided.
We are more interested in yourability, attitude and reliabilitythan previous industry experience.
What We're Looking For
Good numeracy, arithmetic and confidence with calculations and using a calculator
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer skills
Reliable and punctual
Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
Comfortable taking responsibility




Able to follow procedures accurately
Able to work independently once trained
Available for at least3 regular full-day weekday shifts from 9:30am–5:30pm
Previous experience in retail, customer service or sales is helpful but not essential.
University students, recent graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply.
